Order Processing

All orders that you place for goods or items on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions.

When placing an order you will be asked to ‘confirm your order’. Before you ‘confirm your order’ the final details of your order will be displayed. Following confirmation we will send to you an order acknowledgement email. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Pallatrax Angling International Ltd.

Pallatrax Angling International Ltd will accept your order and the completion of the sale between you and Pallatrax Angling International Ltd upon despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns Policy).

Should you want a saved or hard copy of your order, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement page, which is displayed after you have agreed to confirm your order (see section 3.2).
